PROCESS REVIEW The Process Review Workshop aims to train participants to champion the process review in their department/division. This workshop is highly hands-on with the immediate application of the knowledge acquired to a case study. The workshop emphasizes participants’ ownership and the development of practical solutions to the process being reviewed. Equipped with the knowledge of Process Review, the team will be able to carry out the analysis, identify root causes, define solutions and develop the action plan. CREATIVE THINKNG Creative Thinking in a group enables the team members to solicit new ideas and initiatives. The workshop allows individuals to exercise lateral “out-of-the-box” thinking to contribute to the team. Team members must defer judgment. This is the most important rule. When ideas are brought forth, no critical comments are allowed. They are urged to think freely. Freewheeling, wild thoughts are fine. They are encouraged to add on. Improve, modify and build on the ideas of others. Quantity of ideas is important. Concentrate on generating a large stock of ideas so that later on they can be sifted through. Depending on the topics for discussion, the team gets to generate new ideas and initiatives in a fun way. |

CORPORATE PLANNING Corporate Planning Workshop allows the facilitator/s to work with the participants to review and align the Mission, Vision and Strategic Thrusts of Department/Division. It is essential that the respective Divisions’ management determine the width and depth of scope for the Corporate Planning. The team would set high level performance indicators for the various strategic thrusts. In the process, the team could determine areas for improvement to be incorporated to the overall action plan. |
