OBJECTIVES
Faced with a need to improve the turnaround time in serving a customer? Or faced with mounting complaints or long call queues at the call centre? Perhaps it’s time to review the process, identify the root cause to the problem, brainstorm for a solution and streamline the process.
The Process Review Clinical Workshop aims to train participants to champion the process review in their organisation/department. This workshop is highly hands-on with the immediate application of the knowledge acquired to a real case scenario. The participants would benefit most if they come as a group of 5-6 with a real case scenario from their work environment as the case study. The workshop emphasizes participants’ ownership and the development of practical solutions to the process being reviewed. Equipped with the knowledge of Process Review, the team will be able to carry out the analysis, identify root causes, define solutions and develop the action plan. This workshop serves as the platform to jump start the process review. The team is able to take away this action plan to implement and champion the changes so as to realise the improvement.
