Ms Moni Pang is the co-founder of Accipio and Clay Cove, where creative learning begins. She is one of the principal facilitator/trainers of Accipio and Clay Cove. Moni has 16 years of experience as entrepreneur, business consultant, trainer and manager, in both private business and government.

Accipio specialises in creative learning for youths and corporate executives as a means to discover ones’ capabilities. Accipio also serve the corporate clients in areas of corporate training and consultancy.

Clay Cove is in the business of corporate team building and developing children’s creativity, spatial intelligence and 3-Dimensional visualization through the media of clay. The business has achieved consistent growth of 20% annually under the management of Moni and her co-founder.

Moni is a business development manager. She had managed government tendering projects for a multi-national consultant firm. The business area includes the Education and Healthcare sectors.

Moni is a consultant, facilitator and trainer in dramatic change – helping industry and government to innovate one step ahead of thought.  She has a proven track record in transforming corporate strategy and business processes in diverse business sectors, with success stories that spelt quantum-leap improvements in business performance and unprecedented economic benefits to stakeholders.

In the public sector, she has completed major reengineering projects and IT master planning. In the private sector, she has completed the consulting study on e-logistic for the chemical industry. And she had operations management experiences in the value chain from sales orders to production, to inventory and to the delivery of goods to customers. She also assisted the company in setting up operations in Malaysia. She was also actively involved in assisting a multi-national organisation in achieving ISO 9000 award.

Her competencies are in training, business development, facilitation, knowledge innovation, business operations and project management. She acquired her MBA (specialised in Finance) from Imperial College, London.
